Does Botanica offer mobile waxing?

Yes, Botanica does offer mobile waxing.

What body waxing services does Botanica provide?

Botanica offers female brazilian, bikini, legs, brows, arms, back, and chest waxing. We also offer male chest, back, leg, arm, and brow wax.

EXPERIENCE

. What if I or my service provider is late for the appointment?

If one of our service providers is late for the scheduled appointment, a 15% discount will be automatically applied to that appointment and the next pre-booked appointment for any inconvenience. There is a 10-minute grace period for clients running behind, after 15-minutes a $25 late fee will be applied. (Subject to circumstances for both parties i.e accidents, family emergencies.)

What information does my provider need from me?

A clear area to set-up, power plug, & a table.

What is the cancellation policy?

A 24-hour notification is required for all cancellations or a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Missed appointments will be charged 100% of service fee.

What if I have physical ailments, or disabilities?

Please be sure to thoroughly fill out the wellness intake form if a new client. Also, please notify us while booking the appointment so that we may alert your provider of the circumstances.
